This is a wonderful place that we were lucky enough to find. The instructors are awesome and we couldn't ask for anything more. According to Walter Thompson, Professor of kinesiology and health at Georgia State University, they are all trends in fitness that will lose ground to the tried-and-true body weight exercises and fitness routines in 2015. According to Professor Thompson's report for the American College of Sports Medicine these high intensity interval training and equipment-centric trends in exercise will be replaced as the top form of exercise in 2015. Instead, according the over 3,000 fitness professional surveyed, people will be turning to basic body weight exercise.
